It was pretty banal, trying to adhere to the regular routines while listening to the kids from this birthday party or wherever run up and down the halls.
Otherwise it was a very nice place, with nice, classy decor, high ceilings and tons of pillows.
We ordered buttered noodles for Jack and a pizza and salad.
The food was fine and the hotel did have milk on hand for bottles for Jack.
He went to sleep much like he does at home or when we are in East Lansing, buried in the crook of my armpit.
It was the first time he slept in a queen sized bed and he must have been beat tired as he barely moved all night.

Here we have a photo of breakfast on Sunday. Jack sat up in bed at 5am, I got him back to sleep and he was out for about another hour.
With the wind howling outside, gusts of wind that made the hotel sound like a banshee. It was something else.
As we got everything ready I went outside to start up the car and get it warmed up. It was a wise move.
Now if you are a regular visitor to this blog (there are at least five of you) you will have seen a post where I goof on my Dad (I did so on the radio as well) about his can of spray pancakes.
The name of the brand? Better Batter.
